Join our team as a mobile patrol security . The role of being part of mobile patrol security is based on answering alarms , dispatches and a number of alarm monitoring stations. These alarm calls include burglar alarms, fire alarms as well as anything that requires24 hours access to buildings. To insure there is no damage or hazards to the property they have been told to patrol.

CCTV Security

Staffed 24 hours per day, 7 days per week, our control centre fulfils a number of functions for our clients and our staff.
Our control centre is designed around our controllers giving them a fit for purpose environment with the latest equipment to hand.

Door supervision

Our Door Supervisors are trained to evaluate and de-escalate issues before they arise, however if this is not possible our Door Supervisors will take control of a situation without being aggressive or overbearing. They are assertive and commanding when dealing with individuals who need to be prevented from entering or escorted from our clients premises. They are also trained to recognise and deal with evacuation from premises whether this is due to fire or criminal activity. They will become part of the premises fire control team making sure fire equipment is correct and working and fire routes and doors are left clear and unobstructed.
All our Door Staff and are licensed in accordance to the Private Security Industry Act 2001

Corporate Office Security

All of our concierge officers are provided with full uniform consisting of shirt, tie, suit jacket / blazer, trousers and shoes. Officers must always take pride in their appearance and maintain a friendly, polite and helpful attitude at all times. Customer service is key for this role, and our officers are trained specifically in this area.

Our Event Security/Stewarding staff must reflect and maintain a positive friendly customer care attitude at all times towards patrons attending your event, in particular at the points of entry where first impression counts. Security / Stewarding staff with a positive friendly attitude in their approach will undoubtedly set the right mood for patrons to enjoy themselves inside your event.
